Running Shoes can be fitted and picked up Tuesday or Wednesday 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

or Thursday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Alec’s Shoe Store, Main St., Nashua, NH or

at Stellos Stadium on race night from 5:00 – 8:00 PM *

I know that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter or run this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this race including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Moose Milers & Marathoners, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. All fees are nonrefundable.

Terms and Conditions:

Shoe Offer: applies to any current model of LOCO training or racing models

Runners can pick any style LOCO shoe they want

No returns, but exchanges - for other sizes are OK within 7 days

Models: Mojo, Perfecto, Xpresso Bandito

Sizes available: Men’s 5.5 to 13

Womens 7 to 13 on trainers

(Racing model Bandito up to Men’s 12 only)

Limits: One number per person, one pair of shoes. No double dipping please.

Note: Perfecto model fits a women’s 6.5

Racers men’s 5.5 - 12, Women’s 7 - 12

Shoes are available at early shoe pickup and before the race.

Shoes are NOT available after the race.

Early Shoe Pickup:

For best selection and time to test the shoes.

We STRONGLY advise that you pickup your shoes prior to race day. This will allow time to be properly fitted and will enhance model availability.
You can get your shoes at Alec’s Shoe Store located on 201 Main St, Nashua, NH 03060

Pickup times: Tuesday & Wednesday Noon to 5:30 PM & Thursday July 21 Noon to 4:00 PM.

Returns: Shoes are not returnable, however exchanges for different size or model is acceptable for up to one week past the race date.
Runner is responsible for freight to LOCO.

LOCO will make all attempts to fit all runners with the best appropriate shoe.
Should we not have a model and size you need we reserve the right to offer you
another model or ship the shoe you want when it is available.

Note: Shoes are not returnable at the Alec’s Shoe Store.
