Moose Milers & Marathoners Win Whaling City Team Challenge 2003!

17 Moose Milers & Marathoners challenged the early heat, strong winds, and runners representing 60 different New England running clubs and came away the champions of the Whaling City Team Challenge 2003, held in conjunction with the New Bedford Half Marathon.
The Moose Milers & Marathoners Male and Female Open Teams won their divisions, while the Male Masters Team finished 5th and the Male Seniors Team finished 3rd in their respective divisions. Kevin McCarthy and Lisa Kolp took the ferry from Nantucket to lead the Moose Milers & Marathoners men and women respectively.
