Running Heritage, Rhode Island's Premier Running Store, has agreed to a three-year sponsorship agreement with the Moose Milers & Marathoners. This agreement means that you can now earn 30% discount certificates on running shoes by participating in team races for the Moose Milers & Marathoners.
Derek Phillips, the owner of Running Heritage, has generously agreed to this sponsoship so that the Moose Milers & Marathoners can help spread the word about Running Heritage. We will be adding the Runners Heritage logo to our club singlets, shorts, and jackets, as well as to our web site and our email newsletter Moose Droppings. We also plan to hang a Running Heritage banner from or club tent at all team races.
We are still working on the exact details of the requirements for each of you to earn the discount certificates (each to be worth 30% off 1 pair of running shoes), but are leaning towards awarding the certificate for every two team races you run for the Moose Milers & Marathoners. We will post the exact policy shortly.
For those of you who are far afield from Running Heritage, we will make arrangements to order shoes per your specification and to make arrangements to get them to you. (Provided, of course, that you know the exact model and size of running shoe that you want to purchase.)
