The Moose Milers & Marathoners Male Veterans Team (60+), fresh off their victory at the USATF New England Cross Country Championships, are planning to assault the World Record in the Indoor 4 x 1600 Meter Relay at Lou's 4x1600 Meter Relay at Boston University on January 4, 2004.

Competing for the Moose Milers & Marathoners will be Jim Logan, Dave Pember, Bill Spencer, and Jack Thornhill. Spencer, one of the current record holders as part of the Gate City Striders is joining the Moose Milers in an attempt to fend off a challenge to his record by a pickup team of runners from Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Minnesota. One of those runners, Armenio Ferreira of Rhode Island has joined the Moose Milers & Marathoners and will compete with us as we challenge for the USATF New England Gran Prix title in 2004.
